Assignment Title: Nutrition Research Article
What I learned: In this assignment, I was required to research a topic of health in certain population. I had to choose a target population, find four people to interview, and then develop interview questions that would give the information needed.
Reflection to assignment: This assignment was helpful because it challenged me to step out of my comfort zone. I had to research and find different articles, which was hard but rewarding. I enjoyed conducting the interviews, and hearing different people’s opinions on the same questions.
Relevance to the profession: This assignment taught me how to research and conduct interviews. It is extremely important to be able to find article that will be pertinent, and reliable. Without this skill, I will not be able to get very far in the dietetics field in the future. Writing this paper helped me see the work and dedication needed to create this type of work. Hopefully I will be able to use these skills in the future.
