Career Objectives:
· To obtain a meaningful position that will challenge and educate me in the dietetics field. The position I achieve will allow me to further advance in the field after experience is gained.
· Using the knowledge I have received to help others achieve their nutritional goals and make healthy lifestyle choices.
Career Goals:
· I plan to obtain my master’s degree in the Nutrition and Food Science from Chico State University and complete a didactic internship directly following.
· Upon graduation and completion of the internship, I will take the examination to become a registered dietitian.
· I will secure a position as a nutrition counselor in a private corporation.
· I will be active in achieving professional memberships, volunteering, and networking within my field.
